Russian direct and indirect support of use of force and violence by Ukrainian government against civilians and massive diplomatic campaign to prevent and discredit efforts of democratic Countries to condemn and stop legalized violence and crimes against humanity has led to great and tragic loss of multitudes of lives, mutilations and tortures of innocent men and women of Ukraine. Russian president has to be openly condemned and diplomatically isolated for perpetrating and generating Ukrainian tragedy and held responsible for the loss of innocent lives.
