King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia issued Royal Decree #44 on Terrorism and has issued regulations defining Atheists as Terrorists. Saudi Arabia Interior Ministry Regulations include the following statement in their definition of terrorist groups.
Article 1: “Calling for atheist thought in any form, or calling into question the fundamentals of the Islamic religion on which this country is based.”
Whereby, we respectfully petition the White House to use every Diplomatic means possible to express American outrage at this blatant disregard of Civil Rights.
And we petition the White House to freeze the disbursement of any Financial Aid to Saudi Arabia until such time as Saudi Arabia ceases to define Atheist thought as a Terrorist Activity.
