Strongly encourage Congress to pass a Constitutional amendment barring them from being exempt from any law they create.

Congress consistently passes laws that they exempt themselves from. This happens and benefits our elected officials on both sides of the aisle. Why would you impose a law on the people you serve that you aren't willing to abide by yourself? I propose that leadership by example become commonplace. You want to relate to your constituents? Start by playing by and being bound by the same rules.
