In Russia, legislation has been passed preventing "homosexual propaganda", which effectively makes any open expression of homosexuality is banned and those who break the law receive harsh punishment. We petition the Administration to encourage the United States Olympic Committee to boycott the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics on the grounds of these human rights violations.
