Senator Feinstein's mandatory gun buyback program and the idea of gun confiscation is treasonous under the Constitution of the United States and under the 2nd Amendment of the Bill of Rights. She and her cohorts should be barred from Congress indefinitely for suggesting such an unconstitutional Bill and such an unethical use of taxpayer money.
