An earnest request to the US Government to see to it that the current Bangladeshi Government holds free and fair elections so that all political parties representing all walks of life in Bangladesh are heard. The recent polls were termed farcical in articles by leading newspapers and magazines. In addition, many developed nations such as the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, Germany, and many more have expressed utter disappointment in Bangladesh Government's handling of the recent polls on January 5, 2014.Strongly urge the US Government to step up its pressure towards the Bangladeshi Government. This government is making a mockery out of the democratic system. The people deserve better.
