The administration should pursue a monetary policy based on NGDPLT (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NGDPLT). This should be done by selecting Federal Reserve Board members that are dedicated to NGDPLT. Furthermore, existing members should be pressured to explicitly adopt NGDPLT. A public education campaign should be conducted, so that taxpayers understand the benefits with respect to economic growth.
