strongly recommend bussinesses to hire recent college grads whom went back to school to learn a new trade for employment

Encourage Businesses and Health Care facilities to hire person whom have graduated from Health Information Management and like programs . Give them a chance to prove they are capable. Instead experienced only. Those whom went back to college to learn a new trade after being laid off etc. and went back to school for new education. So that people like myself and others don't need to have to be on unemployment and work parttime work to make it.
