4 U.S. citizens or permanent residents (must over 18 years of age, and have enough financial support) can handle Family-based immigration for their spouses, minor children (under 18 years of age) and parents.

5 Cancel the F1 ,F2B ,F3 ,F4 kinds of Family-based immigration. ((For U.S. citizen or permanent resident's adult children, citizens' brother and sister.)

6 If U.S citizen or permanent resident have handled Family-based immigration for their adult children, or U.S. citizen have Family-based immigration for their brother and sister in before, their immigration application will be canceled.

7 About the meaning of minor children, change to under 18 years of age.
