Any Malaysian citizen (must born in Malaysia),regardless of ethnic & race and anyother,can be elect other Malaysian citizen or be elected as the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
English, Malay,Chinese (Simplified Chinese),Tamil language,the 4 languages will be all as the official language.
