If a temporary resident refuse to fulfill these:
If a temporary resident (when over 18 years of age, conform above of the situations), refuse to go to work or go to school, but want to still stay in the developed country. If the temporary resident continue about 3 month (or maybe continue ? month) to refuse to go to work or go to school, and ignore the relevant departments' warning, should be expelled out of the country.
