strongly recommended modify visitor visa policy for any other developed countries' young people(under 40 years of age)

1 If the young people(under 40 years of age)from any developed countries,and he or she is a celebrity,such as: famous actor, singer, model, entrepreneur,want to visit USA,not need to handle visa.
2 Anyother young people, if he or she have enough high income,and have stable work,first go to USA need to handle visa. But after again want to go to USA,not need to handle visa.(For high-income person only!)
3 If any people from any other developed countries,and the person over 40 years of age,first go to USA need to handle visa,but can be simplified many formalities. After again want to go to USA,not need to handle visa.
4 If anyother young people want to go to USA,need to handle visitor visa. And handle the USA visitor visa,need work proof and income proof (need enough income and stable work)
