6 In future,American citizens or permanent residents can handle for their adult children (over 18 years old) to go to USA,their adult children must wait about 5 years for waiting period,can be got the temporary resident status of USA. When they will have gone to USA and have been got the temporary resident status, they must go to work,or study abroad! They can't be got the permanent resident status of USA.
But when they will have worked in USA accumulative 16 years (or maybe must have worked accumulative over 16 years)(So they will have paid tax accumulative or over 16 years in USA), they can be got the permanent resident status of USA.
