For many of developed countries. About if citizens or permanent residents has handled immigrant for their minor children, but now their children have been over 18 years of age:
Program A:
They must go to work in the country, or study abroad in the country.

Program B:
When they have been got the temporary resident status, also can work in specific developed countries' companies' factories in some other less developed countries (Equate be dispatched to work in anyother country). When they work in these specific developed countries' companies' factories, their income will be nearly same as in the developed country, and they must pay tax to the country of residence (The country which commiss their temporary resident status)
