These policy can be used for most of developed countries
If a citizen or permanent residents over 65 years of age, and have been got pension. In their country, the old person will take city bus (except long distance bus), subway, light Rail, can be got preferential of fare.
But children if height is higher than 1 meter, can't be got preferential of fare.
In most of large cities and middle cities of most of developed countries, if a young person take city bus, subway, light Rail, but if not have enough seat, the young person must yield one's seat for a old person to sit down.
The policy will be implemented in 2015 year.
