Strongly recommended: Should modify some policy about minor in future for most of developed countries

These can be applied for all of developed countries.
Should modify the protection of minor act.
Detailed rules and regulations:
1 The age of adult,in all of developed countries will be 18 years of age.(Include any field)
2 Revoke many protection provisions for minors over 16 years of age.
3 If the person is not student,and over 16 under 18 years of age, can't be applid protection of minor act. (Except family responsibilities in protection of minors act.)
4 If the person is over 16 years of age,must bear full legal liability,can be applied death penalty.
5 A person can drink wine or smoke,must over 16 years of age.
6 About the restricted of movie,TV drama program,other television program,any publications and etc.,the highest restricted is 16 years of age.
