If an old permanent resident will conform 3 items of above provision, can be permited to take an exam of join nationality. And the test for old permanent resident, among the language test will not be hard.
If a permanent resident over 70 years old, will not be ordered whether the person have over 10 years paid tax grade point in the country or not.
Chindren if under 13 years of age,can be easy to join nationality:
1 The chindren have permanent resident status (include temporary resident status in previous) enough 4 years, and has lived in the country accumulative enough 3 years
2 The chindren must be a student (if over 6 years of age)
