September 2014: Born in Hong Kong,now 17-year-old maid's son,by the mother on behalf of claimants failed appeal to the Court of Final Appeal.CFA judgment issued yesterday,that there is no evidence the appellant or his family promising permanent abode arrangements, over the years the number of degrees outward appeal,failed to meet the conditions of continuous residence in Hong Kong for seven years,and dismissed the appeal.

After appellant parents will have to travel back to the mainland,there is no evidence that the appellant or his family and promising to make arrangements for permanent residence in Hong Kong, over the years the number of appeals of the absence,for fail stablish Hong Kong as a permanent residence
