The Structure of Our Election Process Needs to be Re-thought

Whether or not the Electoral College gets to snub the popular vote has nothing to do with this or that candidate. It is fundamentally limiting the rights of the American people. This is a topic for the government to discuss. In this case, we need to decide what is more important: the popular vote or randomly placed electors that are holdovers from the 19th century. In my opinion, the popular vote should rule. Period.
