We petition to ask the President along with congress to develop a program similar to the New Deal, in which graduates with high student loan debt can work and provide community services in exchange for loan forgiveness amounts. This will allow graduates to provide helpful services that will benefit their communities, their states, and the country, while helping to relieve some of the burden of school debt. I feel many graduates would embrace this opportunity and this could be a positive thing for the graduates who are being crippled with high student debt and monthly payment amounts.
