Lenders are allowing irresponsible source of loans to students. Lack of monitoring and restrictions allow Institutions to cashed out scholarship funds or grants to over charge students via student loan funding. Institutions collect exaggerated tuitions! While loan interest rates change unlawfully and without notice. We are aware and we need change while Tuition and fees are now up 24 percent more than inflation!
