We would like to create a petition to eliminate student loan debt. Many students were forced to take out student loans and attempt to survive financially while attending college. The costs of books, transportation, food, housing, utilities is not in conjunction the financial aid causing students such as myself to take out loans and build onto the deficit. I myself along with others had to terminate my pursuit towards my degree to basically survive. We are now stuck with debt, bad credit, and lower class jobs. We sacrificed and took a stand to make a difference in our country only to fall back into the same patterns that prevent our country to being superior.
