Student Loan Forgiveness for Disabled Individuals Unable to Perform SGA

Created by D.Y. on November 28, 2012

We ask for student loan forgiveness for individuals who have been found to be perminently disabled and unable to perform substantial gainful activity and, therefore, unable to earn income at or above the poverty level. We also ask that by taking this action the borrower will not be plagued by negative reporting to the credit reporting agencies or any loan originator relative to the student loan(s) the individual accessed prior meeting the above SSA requirements.
The individual and/or their familes are plagued by high re-payment, cummulative building interest, negative credit reporting and unpaid balances even if they have chosen to use an AIB plan. Their family's credit history is destroyed, and essentially they take this debt to their grave by no fault of their own.
