The hardship of war is leveled onto the shoulders of the women and men we send to war, they and their families need avenues of advancement to recover from the price of sacrifice. Education is a primary means of lifting the quality of life for many who have given up much. All military student loans acquired into as of 2002, attached fees, interests and penalties forgiven STAT because both wars were not budgeted for, and the Bush Tax Cuts that provided tax relief for the 1% was executed during the time of duress of war and a period of massive job loss.

All student loan interest and penalties from 2002 forward thru 2011 forgiven and principal amount refinanced at 3% for the general population. Banks allowed to write off any or all of student loan write with proof of re-investment.
