LGBT students are 8 times more likely to commit suicide due to discrimination in schools. This discrimination stems from the effect identifying as LGBTQ+. In 2015 a bill with the mission in mind to end discrimination in schools was introduced to the senate by Sen. Franken, Al [D-MN]. The bill was able to get 41 Cosponsors to sign on. 19 shy of moving it on to the house. Sign this petition to try and get it back into the Legislation.
