Students deserve more academic freedom. Students need more variety; remove Common Core Standards.

We think that students should have more academic freedom. Removing the Common Core Standards would be a great start to this. Students need to explore their options by taking classes that will be more beneficial to them later in life. The classes that students are currently taking provide little variation. We need to take classes with more variation because without it, students may become uninterested in that certain subject. In conclusion, many students would benefit by having more academic freedom, and removing the Common Core Standards would be a great first step.
