The United States has recently had an increase in the number of gun violence and an increase in the concern over gun control. In order to effectively regulate and minimize gun violence, we must first find what is contributing to the increase, whether it be increase in media attention, increased access to firearms, or an increase in violent behavior in our society. That violence in our society is mostly attributed to violent movies and M rated videogames, which some people believe are the most prominent cause of violence. I believe that it would be a relatively straightforward study to see the effects of gun violence in videogames on gun violence in Americans and if a correlation is there or not. America needs to look for definite solutions to its problems instead of arguing what it belives
