Marijuana is not a gateway drug and as addictive as Opium and Heroin, yet they are on the same list. It should be on a list with beer and wine (which are more gateway drug) and not even hard liquor, another gateway drug. Please study and put on the proper list so that it can be voted on more fairly. This matter should go to the Supreme Court to evaluate after a study of the pros and cons of marijuana whether it is legal or illegal in the states or nationally.
