Pay to be reduced to that of an E-5 of the military and Housing and substance allowances of an E-2 of the military. receive a pension only after 40 years of Active Federal Service. Exemption to Laws - Congress cannot exempt themselves from any law they pass. Ethics Violations investigation to be conducted by the Supreme Court only. Any such ruling by the Supreme Court will stand firm and any criminal activity uncovered by the Supreme Court will be judged and ordered by the Supreme Court in accordance with Federal Statutory Code, Regulations and Laws.
