All you have to do is look at the news to see that police brutality has become a horrifyingly common trend as of late. There have been many stories of law enforcement officers harming or even killing citizens with little or no provocation. It shouldn't be this way. Police are here to enforce the laws and to protect us, not the opposite. We request that our country's law enforcement are submitted to annual psychological exams including impulse control, judgement and ability to tolerate stress.
