Submit a bill to congress that requires wireless providers and phone/tablet manufactures to release updates to phones that have been provider by the software developer. This is essential for the privacy/security for the consumer. It is also needed to take care of the problem of wireless providers asking consumers to upgrade their devices to fix bugs that could be fixed by an update.
