Membership in Congress has become a full life career and should be limited, just as the Presidency is limited. Our elected officials no longer represent 'We the People', but do whatever they need to do to protect their chance for re-election.
Limit all congress members to 2-3 terms. they can then go back to their States and be professional politicians at the State level if they choose, but limit their terms at theFederal level to 3 terms maximum
