The President is required by the Constitution to submit a budget to Congress each year by the first week in February. For the 4th time in 5 years, the Obama administration has failed to adhere to this constitutional requirement, going so far as to not submit a budget at all in the past.
It is imperative for the health and well being of our country and our government that they have a working budget to guide economic policy.
