This petition is to hold a vote of "No Confidence" in the current US Government and force a full and complete recall election and vote of the Legislative and Executive Branches to avoid state secession, and offer an alternative within legal means provided under Constitutional law and the Rights of Citizens to preserve the Union of the United States of America, it's protectorates, territories, and other lands within claim.
In addition, legal and justifiable reforms need to be made of the Electoral College to ensure than Electoral Votes are only counted jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and not given wholly to a single state depending on the number of votes claimed within the state to ensure fair voting for candidates seeking election for office of the Presidency.
