The executive branch of the United States of America shall introduce a bill to congress that would make it a federal felony punishable by 20 years in federal prison and a $100,000 for any state or federal legislator to submit any bill before any state or federal legislative body that subverts or infringes upon the United States Constitution and/or any right of the people contained there within.
