The purpose of the Recall Amendment is to submit to Congress a constitutional amendment allowing Congress and the States’ Legislatures, inclusively, to recall the President of the United States to election against a nominated challenger of a different party.
The recall election will submit the incumbent to the People for election by simple majority. If re-elected, the incumbent will be free from further recall for the remainder of the term. If not, the incumbent will turn-over the office to the challenger for the remainder of the term.
Allowing the People to control the government will ensure ethics remain in the office without partisan inquiry by "Checks and Balances."
