Submit a constitutional amendment to establish term limits for both the House of Representatives and the Senate.

If all of the elected officials are not allowed to make a career out of being a representative or senator, they will listen to the people and do what is best for the country. There will be nothing to gain by listening to the party line since they will only be allowed to have a set number of terms. It should be structured just like the term limit on the presidency, 2 years.
