Submit Legislation to Congress as needed to Rescind the existing Medicare Part B & D Premium Means Testing Legislation.

Created by L.B. on November 27, 2011

Based upon a senior's Modified Adjusted Gross Income the premium paid for Medicare Part B and D may double or triple. The Modified Gross Income includes the Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) shown on the Federal Income Tax form 1040, plus the amount of any tax exempt interest/dividends is added to the AGI in order to derive the Modified AGI.

Over the years to come, more and more senior citizens will be dragged into the higher premiums for Part B & D . This is similar to what has happened with the Alternate Minimum Taxes (AMT)

Lack of support on this issue will lose the Pres. 55 votes from my family.
