Require universal broadband Internet access for all Americans using the same service quality standards and open access requirements that made the US the long time leader in telecommunications. Our current regulatory system of coverage, lack of competition and pricing opacity are leaving a large portion of the US behind. Universal access and utility regulation need to be extended to broadband to ensure coverage for all.
