Submit legislation that would prohibit the Justice Department from seizing domain names, websites without a warrant

Created by M.P. on February 04, 2012

Any website or domain name that the Justice Department feels is operating illegally should have to go through the judicial system before it is seized. By doing so this would eleminate the justice department from having to reverse rulings, and wouldn't go against the priciple of the operators of the site being guilty before being proven guilty in a court of law.

The only exception to this would be if a court order has been issued with a warrant to prevent the site from operating.
