Submit to the people of the United States provisions for replacement of the members of the Supreme Court.

Created by S.S. on June 26, 2013

Article III, Section 1of the Constitution states “The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour.” Current controversial decisions by the Supreme court has called into question the level of corruption present in the Justices, bringing into direct question their “good Behaviour” that is supposed to be represented. As such it is, at this time, an appropriate mandate from the People of the United States that the Justices of the Supreme court be removed from their position and new Justices be chosen from appropriate candidates by the people in a special election. Due to the highly partisanship nature of many recent votes the candidates shall be chosen among those with no significant ties to either major party (as to be defined later).
