I request the Obama Administration submit a proposal into the United Nations to expand upon the UN Resolution A Res 55/282 of 9/07/2001 called International Peace One Day and use it as a basis for a binding treaty for International Peace EVERY Day Treaty For Global Truce and Global Cease Fire.
