Issue: Construction (expansion) of the Keystone XL pipeline which transports oil from the Alberta tar sands to the south of the United-States.
Both sides of this issue have respectable and compelling arguments concerning economic development and environmental protection.
Repercussions of the Administration's decision will inevitably affect every American. We ask this question be submitted to the American People by way of a referendum (a majority of voters: either for or against).
