With the inherent conflict of interest of the "employees" deciding on their pay increases and benefit packages. We ask that the responsibility of making those decisions be removed from Congress and placed within the jurisdiction of the Judiciary Branch to allow an objective review of performance and cost of living increases to pay and review of all benefits past, present, and future to make sure they conform to federal benefit guidelines.
