On his campaign agenda, President Barack Obama itemizes protecting whistleblowers, "End[ing] the Practice of Writing Legislation Behind Closed Doors", "Mandat[ing] Standards for Securing Personal Data and Requir[ing] Companies to Disclose Personal Information Data Breaches", and "Giv[ing] Real Authority to the Privacy and Civil Liberties Board". Instead, the administration has aggressively sought prosecution of whistleblowers, such as Edward Snowden and Bradley Manning. The president has also defended the NSA's blanket surveillance programs, such as PRISM.
The president and his administration seems determined to bring this country into an authoritarian, cold war state.
This is neither the president I voted for nor one who is fit to run a Free country.
