Through use of the Secret Service: formally subpoena and arrest House of Representative members responsible for H res 368 which was passed on October 1, 2013 on grounds of sedition. Legal aims include their immediate removal from public office, new elections in their respective districts, prison time, and barring them from holding/running for any future public office.
H res 368: "Any motion pursuant to clause 4 rule XXII relating to the house join resolution may be offered only by the majority leader or his designee."
H rule XXII C:4 "When the state of disagreement has been reached on a bill or resolution with the House or Senate amendments, the motion to dispose of any amendments shall be privileged."
Those responsible held our entire country hostage and have gone largely unpunished
