Subpoena Sec. Hillary Clinton's private computer server which was officially used during her time with the State Dept.

Created by A.S. on April 24, 2015

As a public official Secretary Clinton had no legal authority to filter her own e-mails and unilaterally decide which one's are considered public records. Subsequently, there have been numerous legitimate questions raised regarding the credibility and possible legality of actions taken by the State Department under her leadership. Because of this, it is imperative that all possible evidence of potential ethical violations, mismanagement, and/or criminal activities be disclosed to the appropriate authorities for proper adjudication. Official transparency on this matter is absolutely necessary in order for the White House to regain its credibility, as well as justify the prior professional actions of a high level US government employee who is currently running to be the next President.
