subsidize the creation of state funded apartment complexes for homeless individuals. Ending homelessness for good.

Created by P.R. on March 04, 2015

Homelessness is a misunderstood and foundational economic and social issue. By filling in the cracks of the cellar of the United State's economic infrastructure and creating structurally sound ladders leading from the cellar upward, it will not only save those maintaining the entire structure money, but will increase the strength of the system itself. Ending homelessness, ends with a home, and begins with the Federal Government. With an added economic incentive of subsidized housing complexes it would draw attention to the economic and moral need for the end of homelessness. The United States cant be the richest nation on the planet, as long as extreme poverty exists. It was even written in the preamble, "we the people" not "we the housed".
