Subsidize grass-fed beef and to limit subsidy on corn-fed beef.

Corn-fed Beef can contain incurable strands of e-coli. Because of this we want to limit the subsidy on corn so farmers are less likely to feed that to their cows. In addition if our government subsidized grass-fed beef, it would become less expensive, so more people would buy it.
