Making 60,000 a year isn't as fruitful as it once was. Please raise heating subsidy levels to include incomes up to 100,000 a year as 400+ dollars a month to heat a home is exceptionally painful to family's who live in colder climates and who rent or own but houses are not necessarily substandard but not efficient on holding heat.
